Simple Shifts for Success Package

Starter package for any size operation.

We will come in and observe your staff work. We will eat in your restaurant, and we will interview a few of your staff. 

From these interactions, we will:

Provide 10 easy fixes for your to implement immediately so that your operation will run more smoothly and profitably.

Flat fee Package: $1500

Travel and incidentals not included in price.

Prepared Foods Package

Assess:

Food costs of ingredients for all prepared foods offerings

Packaging costs and sourcing for all prepared foods offerings

Labor involved in production and packaging of all offerings

Menu schedule for all offerings

 

Interviews:

Production cooks/kitchen manager

Merchandiser/Deli worker

 

Action Plan to include:

Costs reduction plan (including sourcing and inventory control)

Strategic planning for optimal sales opportunities

Revenue stream additions

Troubleshooting Package

Sometimes, everything feels right but there are just one or two things that aren't quite...working. That is where we can come in, troubleshoot, and give you solutions to the one or two challenges you are facing. 

Assess: Work flow in front and back of house, training manuals, service and production areas

Interview: FOH and BOH managers, Kitchen staff, Service Staff

Action Plan to include: Pin pointing any problems along with solutions for change and improvement.

Our fee for this is $200/hr, not including travel and incidentals.

Service Strategy Package

Service is a major differentiator for restaurants that succeed and those that fail. Providing your customers with excellent service (no matter what type of establishment you run) will amplify return business and loyalty. For your employees, knowing how to provide good service will make their jobs easier and more enjoyable, often resulting in more income in the form of tips for individual servers and crews.

 

Fruits of Labor will analyze work-flow with an eye to service systems that affect the customer experience. We offer (above), secret shopper observation and analysis of your wait staff, including hosts, bussers, and bartenders.

Interview: Service manager, Service staff

Action Plan to include: training and service manuals along with implementation strategy.
